Dear friends near and far

I am wishing you all a Happy Guru Rinpoche Day. I would like to say a few messages to all of you. It is very important to do a very short few minutes of meditation or thinking little bit deeper on whether you are living and thinking in a correct way. It is very important because I feel our life is very busy and time goes very fast. It is very important to remind ourselves how valuable life is and how important our actions are.

I want to remind on the day of Guru Rinpoche, Guru Rinpoche said like this: As a person, it is very important to have the value of life. How precious of life is important to know. With this you will learn to respect yourself and respect other. But the most important part is to not forget to reflect. Or, don’t forget to notice or don’t forget to check your own actions.

I really like to emphasize that our actions and our behaviors are very important. When you see this, you are going to know the importance the Dharma. You will know the importance and value of the teachings of the Buddha, Guru Padmasambhava and all the masters. Until we reflect on our life and our mind and our behaviors, Dharma has no value. So value comes from our mind. Not from Dharma. From the mind.

When you see the mind, then you know the Dharma is very important and very precious and very valuable in our life. Anybody who is receiving this email and the video clip, please watch. And when you are finished watching, try to read a few pages of a Dharma book, or try to stay for a little bit in meditation, or try to reflect a little bit on life. Just stay a little bit calm for few minutes and bring up a little bit of joy. A little bit of positive thinking. And try to be nice. Live without regret. Live without hate. Live without demand. Then you are going to be a little bit happier. Ok? Thank you very much.

I am happy to announce again that this month’s video message has subtitles in English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Please click the settings wheel in the bottom right corner of the video to access these options.
